From Sababay Winery in Bali, Black Velvet is a smooth, medium-bodied red that is very easy to drink, made mainly from local Alphonse Lavallée grapes with Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fruity, approachable and one of Sababay's best-known wines.

Tasting Notes: Dark ruby fruit, toasted oak and nutmeg on the nose; blackcurrant, cranberry and cherry with hints of vanilla, mocha and pepper.

Serving Suggestion: Serve at cool room temperature with sate, grilled meats or rendang.
