East Indies Bali Pomelo Pink Gin is a craft gin made in Bali by Spice Islands Distilling. Its salmon-pink colour and citrus-forward flavour come from Bali pomelo, strawberries and hibiscus, balanced with juniper.

Tasting Notes: Bright pomelo and grapefruit-like citrus, soft berry and floral hibiscus notes with a dry finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with tonic water and a slice of pomelo or grapefruit, or in a pink gin spritz.
